MoparŪ at the 2019 Geneva International Motor Show

Mopar® is returning to the 2019 Geneva Motor Show. The brand boasts over 80 years of tradition, experience and in-depth knowledge of the needs of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles customers, accompanying them throughout their motoring experience, by providing technical services and support for all their performance, safety or customisation-related needs.
Visitors to the FCA stands will see a selection of products and customisations developed by the competences of Mopar, which can be purchased together with the car or later from the authorised sales network. Additionally, since last December, an initial selection of approximately 1300 spare parts and accessories has also been available on Amazon Marketplace: this has made Mopar the first brand in the automotive sector in Italy to sell its products through this platform.  And additionally, the launch of a real Mopar Store is planned, and it is actually due to début in Italy and the UK during the Motor Show in a version dedicated to the independent aftermarket operators, like workshops and bodyshops, to then open the doors to all customers by summer. A natural evolution for a brand that has always focused closely on innovation and anticipated the market trends to meet the customer's requirements as effectively as possible. Not by chance, over the past eighty years, Mopar has become synonymous with full service and authentic performance for vehicle owners and enthusiasts worldwide".
A selection of cars embellished with the Authentic Accessories powered by Mopar will be on display in Geneva. These top-quality products all perfectly match the technical and style features of the various models, enabling full customisation. This is because each accessory is developed jointly with the original engineering platforms of each car - a solid bond that only a solid manufacturer like FCA can guarantee.



There is huge interest in the Jeep® SUVs that will go on show in Geneva, customised with the Jeep Authentic Accessories, the only ones capable of providing maximum functionality, safety, style and performance because they are created with the same team that designs the original Jeep vehicles.
Starting from the new Wrangler Rubicon with a 100% street legal configuration, enhanced by the Jeep Performance Parts, capable of expressing the undisputed off-road potential of the vehicle. Look no further than the kit with suspension raised by 2 inches, he "snorkel", "rock rails", the black door sill, "black fuel door", all-weather mats and the 1941 sticker that complete the specific configuration of this vehicle.
The SUV is also enhanced with other Authentic Accessories selected from the range of over 200 Jeep Wrangler accessories: Seven Slots front grille, mudguard, off-road lights, all-black matte mirror cap in contrast with the Hella Yella yellow paintwork. The Mopar customisation continues inside, with black mesh sun bonnet, front grab handles and tailgate table. All directly approved by Mopar and Jeep to give customers the true off-road experience.
It will be accompanied by a Wrangler Sahara with Urban trim level chosen to convey the versatile spirit of the iconic Jeep SUV. A chrome-plated fuel cap and door sill guards stand out on the Ocean Blue paint.
The personalisation experts at Mopar have also turned their attention to the Jeep Renegade. The Limited trim level version, with new Bikini Blue body colour, has a special urban look, featuring door sill guards with Jeep logo, front dam, new sill trims and rear scuff plate in Subshine Grey, so picking up the colour of the specific mirror caps and front grille. Inside, it has a cargo tote and carpet mats.


A preview of the new Mopar Merchandise

The new collection of Mopar brand merchandise, available from May at authorised dealers, will be previewed on the Jeep® stand. Some of the new elements for visitors to admire will include the new line of clothing and objects in the classic Mopar blue shade with many cult items, like the key tracker, car freshener or portable Bluetooth speaker.



The eye-catching Tipo Sport will take centre stage on the Fiat stand. Developed in partnership with Mopar, it features many specific, exclusive design elements which enhance the dynamic style of the vehicle. Two display cases will house a selection of Fiat Authentic Accessories: the Carbon Pack for Tipo Sport and the Dark Pack for 500X. The first pack features a number of carbon details with markedly racing style, such as the full front and rear bumper kits, side skirts, rearview mirror covers and door handles. The vehicle, in the Tipo Sport version, is equipped with the same accessories in "Piano Black". And the captivating 18" rims are also available as optionals. Instead, the second is one of the aesthetic Packs for 500X created thanks to the know-how of the experts at Mopar to emphasis the characteristic elegance, design and sporty style of this Italian crossover by Fiat. In particular, it gives the car an intriguing, sporty look with the aid of the special Monster Matte black colour adorning the mirrors, moustache, door handles, tailgate handle and the rear tail lamp masks. The Pack also includes the high-performance Prime Parts pollen filter designed to protect the cabin, while Mopar Connect and the 18" Jet Black wheels are available on request.
Finally, Fiat and Mopar also join forces on the Wind special series, with personalised MOPAR mats.



One of the most notable Authentic Accessories powered by Mopar for Abarth 124 Spider is the carbon fibre hard top: technical, lightweight and safe, it gives the vehicle the feel of a coupé, with all the emotions and driving thrills that only a real roadster can offer. The sportiness of the vehicle and its performance in terms of road holding are also boosted by the specific strut bar, while the mesh luggage rack organiser with Mopar logo enables load optimisation, ensuring maximum freedom on the road.

Alfa Romeo vehicles are fruit of the exclusive approach taken by the brand in the design phase: technology and passion are combined in every detail and the design is the perfect harmony of beauty and functionality, mechanics and emotion. The experts from Mopar are present during every phase of the process to create Alfa Romeo Authentic Accessories that follow the same principle: unique, distinctive and capable of highlighting the sporting, unique identity of Giulietta, Giulia and Stelvio. Fine materials such as the carbon present on the mirror caps, radiator grille, gear knob, door sills, the textured shades of Miron, the dedicated alloy rims, the puddle lights branded Alfa Romeo, as well as the dark tail lights present on Stelvio. These are only some of the characterising elements to be found on the stand in Geneva, both on board the vehicles and on display in the elegant display cases. And in fact, Giulia and Stelvio are fitted with Alfa Connected Services. With Mopar® Connect, vehicle control is within easy reach

Mopar® Connect - presented as Alfa Connect for the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio models - is the innovative set of connected services dedicated to vehicle safety and remote control; it is integrated with the connected services of Uconnect LIVE (known as Alfa Connect for Alfa Romeo), adding new functions, such as roadside assistance, also in case of accident, or vehicle localisation in case of theft. The app can also be used to control a number of functions remotely, like locking and unlocking the doors and sending an alert if the car exceeds a certain speed limit or leaves a zone previously outlined on a map. Finally, Mopar® Connect makes it possible to view the location of the parked car and information about its condition, such as the battery charge, tyre pressures and fuel level, in addition to reporting routine maintenance operations. With the services of Mopar® Connect, the customer has immediate access to the vehicle data and can rely on more safety and protection on the road, as well as peace of mind and constant control of the vehicle, all within reach of a smartphone. A set of services with tailor-made solutions for various customer types, from retail to business users, including business owners, freelance professionals and companies with vehicle fleets. For the latter, Mopar offers the complete Fleet Management package for secure and effective monitoring and management.


Mopar reaches the milestone of 1,200,000 service contracts signed in EMEA

In Geneva, as testimony to the reliability and affordability of its warranty and maintenance extension services, Mopar is celebrating having reached its milestone of over 1.2 million customers who have chosen to protect their vehicles by signing a Mopar® Vehicle Protection service contract. And to mark the occasion, every vehicle displayed on the stands will be accompanied by a service plan. Each plan offers different levels in terms of duration and mileage and is designed to guarantee that the vehicle works as effectively as possible over time, involving a series of services by highly qualified, expert Mopar technicians at the authorised FCA workshops, using specific equipment and tools and only original spare parts.
Some examples are MAXIMUM CARE, the extended warranty that covers all mechanical and electrical components for a maximum of three years from the end of the legal warranty; and EASY CARE, the pre-paid scheduled service that freezes the price of car servicing for up to 5 years, ensuring customers never miss their yearly maintenance.
The Mopar® Vehicle Protection services can be signed directly when a new vehicle is purchased. They can be included in the FCA Bank financial offer (where applicable) or requested in any FCA workshop.
By registering their car in the private areas of the Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Fiat Professional, Abarth and Jeep websites, customers can directly access a series of dedicated promotions designed to make their driving experience truly unique.
