The entire Fiat Professional line-up is being introduced to the European media in these days in Turin. Mopar - the FCA Group reference brand for services, Customer Care, genuine spare parts and accessories - is attending the prestigious event with a large array of products offered to customers, both at the time of purchase and in later stages, so they can personalise their vehicles with exclusive services and accessories.

 

Exclusive accessories for Fullback and Talento

For each Fiat Professional model, Mopar has made specific ranges of accessories that harmoniously blend with the technical and stylistic characteristics of the various vehicles so that they can be fully customised and their functional and styling contents can be enhanced.
Standing out amongst the accessories made for the Fiat Professional pick-up are those for the rear loading compartment. They are designed to best meet both work and leisure time needs of new customers. In particular, these include hard tops in three different configurations (with side pop-up or sliding windows, or without windows), two versions of rigid covers (for vehicles with and without the sport bar), three different types of soft covers and the new fullbox offering the loading compartment style and practicality. The stainless steel sport bar gives the vehicle a positively sporty touch.
The practical compartment linings should not be forgotten either. Both in the version with side protection (over rail) and in the one protection-free (under rail), they are must-have accessories for vehicles in this segment. As it was developed to go with the various types of covers, hard tops, fullboxes and the sport bar, the under rail version offers customers the possibility to personalise their vehicles in the best possible way.
The plug that carries the 12V current inside the compartment and the steel plates that prevent the load from moving and shifting even when the vehicle is travelling complete the range dedicated to the rear cargo bed.
The tow hook and roof rack offer customers the possibility to make optimum use of the vehicle in their leisure time with different solutions for transporting objects, such as the roof box, ski carrier, windsurf board carrier, kayak carrier and bike carrier.
Completing the range are the multitude of accessories that harmoniously blend with the technical and stylistic characteristics of the model: the kickplate personalised with the name of the vehicle, the side moulding protecting the doors (in the chrome version for Doble Cab vehicles and in matching body colour for the Club Cab versions), the chrome mirror covers, the rear parking sensors, the carpet mats in either the rubber or fabric version, the underbody skid plate, the fog lights with DRL function and the branded valve caps.
Transforming the Talento is the objective with which the range of about 160 accessories was conceived. They harmoniously integrate with the vehicle and meet the work and recreation needs of customers by offering targeted solutions in observance of the technical, stylistic and mechanical characteristics.
A wide assortment of accessories is available to adapt the various Talento versions - long or short wheelbase, high or low roof - to different needs: from internal wall linings to bed covers in wood or a non-slip material, from roof bars to aluminium or steel roof cargo baskets, from the rear ladders to the pipe carrier, and from the different types of tow hook to the carrying systems. The line of functional accessories also includes mobile phone and tablet holders installed on the dashboard so they are easier to reach, rubber or carpet mats, seat covers and sunshades.
A series of accessories that allows customers to protect and care for their vehicles has also been developed. It comprises splash guards, rear door guards, protective door handle shells, protective grilles for side and rear windows, fire extinguishers to keep under the seat, the volumetric alarm, rear camera and front and rear parking sensors.
Lastly, accessories for personalising the Talento are not to be forgotten: chrome door mirror shells, side footboards and branded valve caps.

 

Next-generation Infotainment for Doblò Cargo

Doblò Cargo is fitted with the famous UconnectTM 5" Nav LIVE touchscreen multimedia system, the last frontier in infotainment, which provides a wide variety of functions such as hands-free system with Bluetooth technology and voice recognition, in addition to digital radio (DAB) and connection to multimedia devices via USB or via the 3.5mm auxiliary port (Jack). The system is also provided with SMS reader for reading text messages received on compatible telephones using 'text to speech' technology.
With the Uconnect TM LIVE services, the UconnectTM LIVE app can be downloaded from Apple Store or from Google Play Store onto a smartphone. Once connected, the applications will be displayed and controlled directly from the touchscreen of the UconnectTM system. In particular, it can be used to access eco:Drive, the award-winning driving style app which helps the driver save fuel and reduce CO2 emissions and my:Car created to help the driver manage vehicle maintenance in the best possible way.
UconnectTM 5" Nav LIVE is equipped with integrated TomTom 2.5D navigation system, voice controls and TomTom IQ Routes® function, the simplest way to calculate the fastest route, based on real average speeds measured. Last but not least, drivers can travel in full safety by receiving turn-by-turn instructions on the instrument panel while other functions are active on the radio.
Lastly, for efficient fleet management, Doblò Cargo provides its innovative Gateway, a device that is installed directly on the vehicle and which interfaces with the onboard network to detect and make available all information regarding the condition of the vehicle in FMS format (Fleet Management System).

 

Mopar® Vehicle Protection

Mopar® Vehicle Protection lets car owners keep their cars in optimum condition by offering a wide range of service agreements guaranteed by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. They are specially designed to offer all customers the pleasure of driving their cars worry-free and without any unforeseen events.
Only with Mopar® Vehicle Protection can one be sure that all servicing will be performed by highly qualified and specialised professionals at authorised Fiat Professional workshops throughout Europe, where only genuine Spare Parts will be used.
The product portfolio contains a wide and flexible range of extended warranties and Fiat Professional-backed service plans that can be transferred to the new owner if the car is sold. Every agreement adapts to the customer's driving requirements, with different solutions that vary in duration and mileage.
In particular, for the new Fullback and Talento models, Mopar has planned a wide range of services that will assure you that your car will always be kept in perfect running order.
The Maximum Care warranty extension, for example, is conceived to cover all mechanical and electrical parts of the vehicle, and extends the warranty up to a maximum of 5 years, comprising the manufacturer's warranty.
The Easy Care scheduled maintenance plan, on the other hand, allows the price for the routine maintenance to be blocked for up to 5 years, thus assuring customers that all the servicing needed to take care of their cars will be performed.
The Mopar Vehicle Protection service agreements can be subscribed to when purchasing a new vehicle, and they can also be paid in instalments through the financial solutions of FCA Bank (only in some selected markets), as the customer prefers.
Easy Care can be purchased at any time before the first servicing is performed, while Maximum Care can be subscribed to within 24 (Talento) / 36 (Fullback) months from the date the vehicle is registered.

FIAT DUCATO CAMPER | Customer Care

The customer service specially for Ducato Camper customers provides information on services, the service network and solutions for problems reported. The roadside assistance is active 24 hours a day, every day of the year also for towing and breakdown recovery. The service can be reached through the dedicated freephone number 00 800 342 81111 or by downloading the Fiat Ducato Camper Mobile app available at Apple Store and Google Play free of charge.

The Mopar Owner Center is available for Fiat Professional customers as well. An award-winner at the Italian Key Interactive Awards, the Mopar Owner Center is the after-sales platform of the FCA group, and offers customers a wide range of content dedicated to taking care of and maintaining the vehicles of the Italian brand.
The content available in public navigation offers a complete range of information on after-sales, including services, accessories, genuine spare parts, Customer Care, merchandising and technical documentation. It is available in 17 EMEA countries: Italy, Spain, Belgium, France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Greece, Denmark, South Africa and Russia.

Fiat Professional merchandise distinguishes itself owing to its functional aspects. Every product has the specific characteristics dedicated to motorists who use their vehicles for hours on end. A couple of the most representative objects are the rechargeable immersion LED torch that is helpful in the case of an emergency and the key holder with metal spring hook.
